About the job
We're hiring a Project Manager with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive the full lifecycle of software development projects. The role is focused on understanding business needs, defining clear goals, and guiding teams toward successful outcomes. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, and turn strategic objectives into actionable plans. You’ll collaborate with local and international teams and clients to deliver innovative digital solutions that create a measurable impact. If you enjoy balancing structure with problem-solving, and you can think strategically while executing tactically, this role is for you!
About You
- You have 2+ years of project management experience in software, data, or enterprise IT projects
- You have relevant experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
- You have a good understanding of the software lifecycle development process
- You have a track record of managing risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- You have excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- You have experience with project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
- You are fluent in English (C1/C2)

- You have experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field

- Ensure transparency and accountability through well-maintained, up-to-date project documentation
- Support governance and leadership reporting by providing regular project updates, insights, and risk assessments
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and stand-ups, to keep delivery on track
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and championing best practices in project management tools and workflows
